The William and Mary Pat Gannon Hay Vincent de Paul Leadership
Project (VLP) is a study of contemporary leadership practices recognized on the
values and vision of Vincent de Paul and his followers. The VLP lays the necessary
groundwork for a long-term effort to extend responsibility for the Vincentian
heritage beyond the clergy and religious who have carried it from Vincent's time
and to create new structures to sustain Vincentian organizational culture and
values into the future.
